This app does not collect, store or transmit personal information that could identify you.
No registration, login or account is required. It contains no advertising, no analytics and no crash reporting.
1. Information we do not collect
Book of Equation Spirits (the "App") does not obtain any of the following:
Contact details such as your name, email address, phone number or postal address
Location data
Device identifiers or advertising IDs (IDFA / Google Advertising ID)
Contacts, photos, camera, microphone or personal files on your device
Your scores or answers (these are never sent to us)
2. Data stored on your device
Your learning progress (restored fragments, stars and best move counts, spirits met and their affection, Compendium entries) and purchase status are stored only on your device. They are not sent to our servers, and we cannot see them.
3. In-app purchase
The App offers one item only: the opening stages and problems are free, and a one-time purchase unlocks everything. There is no advertising, no additional charge and no subscription.
Payment is handled by Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS). We never receive payment details such as credit card numbers.
Ownership is checked only through the mechanisms provided by Google and Apple. We hold no information that identifies a purchaser.
"Restore Purchase" carries the purchase over to another device on the same store account, or to a reinstall.
Minors should make purchases under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or guardian.
4. Third-party services
The only third-party services the App connects to are those used for the purchase above.
It contains no advertising, analytics or crash-reporting SDKs.
Data handling by these services is governed by each company's own policy.
5. Network use and device permissions
The App sends no data externally, except when communicating with the store to make or verify a purchase.
The App does not request device permissions such as location, contacts, camera, microphone or photos.
6. Data retention and deletion
Data on your device is deleted when you uninstall the App.
Purchase status belongs to your store account, so it can be recovered after uninstalling with "Restore Purchase".
Because the App holds no personal information, we have no data to disclose, correct or delete on request. If you have any questions, please contact us below.
7. Children
This app is intended for learning high-school mathematics and may be used by anyone. Because it collects no personal information, it obtains none from children.
For purchases, please see section 3 and use the App under a parent's or guardian's supervision.
8. Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy as needed. Significant changes will be announced through an App update and on this page.
9. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of Japan. This English text is a translation for your convenience. The Japanese version prevails if the two differ.
